Timeframe for Returns:
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. We kindly ask that you promptly notify us if you wish to return an item to expedite the process.
Exclusions for Sales and Promotional Items:
Please note that we do not accept returns for items purchased during sales or promotional events. All sales and promotional items are final.
Returns for Customer Accounts:
Returns are accepted for regular purchases made through customer accounts, except for damaged items. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for its collection. (We’re here to ensure your satisfaction!)
No Returns on Earrings:
For hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings. We encourage you to carefully consider your selection before making a purchase.
Condition of Items:
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags and labels still attached. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.
Return of Credit:
Upon successful return, customers will receive a refund to their original payment method. We aim to process refunds promptly to ensure your satisfaction.
